Text Box: MARLIACEA CARNEA . Petals start out pink and turn to white with slight pink blush. Good bloomer, one of the first of the pinks to bloom in early spring, the blooms die down in the heat of summer, but the leaves stay nice and plush, in late summer to early fall, when the cooler weather comes again this lily will then bloom all the way to the first frost. Bloom color is not as intense in the fall as in the early spring. Excellent for any size water garden. Marliac rhizome

Medium leaf spread 4 to 6 ft. when planted in a 2-3 gallon container with clay type soil. In our climate the bugs don’t attack the leaves, because they are thicker than the leaves on most other lilies. Leaves are green topside and red underside.

This hardy lily is a perennial plant and will go dormant in the winter, and will winter over in zone 4 and above if planted where the root ball doesn’t freeze.
Weather permitting we start shipping in late March to early April and continue until September

In optimum conditions will reach full potential of leaf spread (this is not referring to size of the leaves) we are speaking of the area that the leaves will cover.
